There are 2 separated prices and payments:

1. Accommodation - the price is 7290 Kč / 270 euro per person and 7 nights including halfboard. Details about accommodation you can find here and the payment has to be proceed to the travel agency "101 Zemek". After confirmation of participation you will get invoice from the travel agency with bank transfer details. You can avoid high bank fees using service Transferwise. No other form of payment is available.

2. Dance fullpass - fullpass doesn't include only workshops but all costs needed to organize this event. That's why there is no other pass available, only fullpass.

Payment options for the fullpass:

• bank transfer (preferred for EU payments - SEPA)

• paypal (preferred for non-EU payments)

• cash - preferred for Czech participants and for the groups

Prices of dance fullpass:

• with accommodation in double room:

 160 euro / 4100 CZK

• with accommodation in tripple room:

130 euro / 3300 CZK

There is possible to get group discount for cash payments collected by the group organizer. Contact us if you are interested in organizing discount group :-)

Fullpass is not refundable, only transferrable to another, NOT YET registered, name. Transfer has to be confirmed by the organizer.

Conditions - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER!

The conditions your will find also at the end of the registration form and you will have to confirm that you agree with them!

1. It's not possible to join the event without accommodation in Kačjak venue.

2. It's not possible to pay only part of the event, only whole week.

3. Bungalows are not available this year and it means that the total capacity will be 100 people less than usually 

4. Fullpasses are not refundable, only transferrable to another, NOT YET registered, name.

5. Accommodation has own cancellation fees from 20% - 100% due to the date of cancellation. If you will have to cancel paid accommodation, please first ask us if we have somebody on waiting list. This is the cheapest option ;-) If we won't have, you will have to solve it with travel agency and you have to count with cancellation fee (details you will find at the end of registration form).

6. Conditions due to COVID-19 situation:

• we reserve the right to cancel the event if the pandemic situation will get worse​ or too risky

• anyone with illness symptoms won't be allowed to participate! If you will have covid-19 symptoms during the event, we reserve the right to put you into room quarantine or you will have to undertake the test in Croatia.

• in case of event cancellation due to COVID-19 situation we will move the fullpass payments to next year or refund

• we strongly recommend participation only for people who can arrive by car or bus! If you decide to book a flight ticket, we don't take any responsibility for your travel costs in case of event cancellation due to COVID-19 situation

This year we will have 2 halls for workshops and 1 hall for the parties. In second hall will be held short special parties for other dances. Program and workshops schedule will be published soon.

Travel

By organized BUS

The travel agency is organizing buses from many Czech cities.

The price of the bus is 2200 CZK / 88 euro per person from Czech cities. Price for other cities on the way on demand.

Standard bus pick up stations:

Praha, Jihlava, Brno, Mikulov, Ostrava, Olomouc

Indicative times (there will be probably two buses with different times):

Departure from Prague: about 20:30 on Saturday 29th August 2020

Departure from Brno: about 22:30 on Saturday 29th August 2020

Supposed arrival to Kačjak:  about 11:00 on Sunday 30th August 2020

Departure for return journey: about 12:00 on Sunday 6th September 2020

By own CAR

Indicative durations:

Prague -> Kačjak – 8,5 hours
Brno -> Kačjak - 6,5 hours
Bratislava -> Kačjak - 6 hours
Vienna -> Kačjak – 5 hours
Budapest -> Kačjak - 5 hours
Zurich -> Kačjak - 8 hours
Dresden/Erfurt -> Kačjak – 9,5 hours

Highway fees:

Austrian vignette – 10 euro for 10 days
Slovenian vignette – 15 euro for 7 days (you will need two or montly for 30 euro!)
Croatian tolls – about 20 euro both ways

Parking:

Parking is possible for free in the resort.

By PLANE

ATTENTION! We will not organize transport from the airports and the travel agency aswell. Below we will provide information for you to organize your transport easiest way and later we will add recommended phone numbers for croatian taxi/shuttle services.

Highly recommended airport is RIJEKA. Unfortunately there are not many flights and they are not cheap. But the transport from the airport is very easy (15 minutes by car or taxi) in comparison to other airports.

From Rijeka you can use the bus to Dramalj, taxi or you can ask us to help on email zouktimeteam@gmail.com.

Next recommended airport is ZAGREB

Public bus from Zagreb airport to Zagreb bus main station is going every 30 minutes and travel takes 30 min., then you have to take the bus from Zagreb bus main station to Rijeka or directly to Dramalj or Crikvenica. The travel takes 2-3 hours and oneway price is between 70 - 140 KUNA (10 - 18 euro). More info you can find at http://www.buscroatia.com. Don't arrive to Zagreb airport later than at 15:30, latest bus from Zagreb main station leaves at 16:30 and later you will have to overnight there...

You can use also PULA or LJUBLJANA airports, the distance is similar to ZAGREB but we have no experience with transport. We will try to add some info here later.

Last possibility is to use Prague or Vienna aiport and join our buses but you will have to get to some pick up place and be there on time, the buses will not wait.

WE DON'T recommend SPLIT airport, it's very far!
