2. For what purposes do we process personal data?
We use the personal data you provide us (see below) in order to be able to enter into and fulfill a contract with you. The contract is created by logging into the reservation system, and we will enable you to attend the course based on your registration for the course and payment of the course fee. We also manage and process personal data necessary to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting regulations).
We will use the contact information for informational and organizational communications during the course.
3. What personal data will we process and to what extent?
In order for you to attend our courses and lessons, we need to know your following personal data:
name and surname,
contact e-mail,
phone number (optional)
4. Who processes your data and for what purpose?
The data manager is responsible for the data provided by you (see point 1.) However, your personal data will come into contact with and be processed by other persons:

5. How long will we keep the data?
We will keep your personal data for the entire time you attend the course with us. After the end, we will keep your data in the reservation system until you cancel the account yourself and according to legal regulations that require archiving.
6. Method of storing personal data
We use the Sportimea electronic system - www.sportimea.com to process personal data. Your personal data may reach providers of legal, tax or accounting services and providers of technical solutions, always on the basis of a processing contract.
7. Taking reportage photos and reportage videos.
We take reportage photos and videos from our events, which we post on our website, Facebook and Instagram. We do it for the pleasure and in memory of all participants, for the purpose of reporting and capturing the atmosphere. We do not disclose the names of the captured persons.
8. Rights of the data subject
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights. However, certain exceptions apply to the exercise of these rights and therefore cannot be exercised in all situations. In the event that you exercise your rights and your request is found to be justified, the Administrator will take the required measures without undue delay, within one month at the latest (in justified cases, this period can be extended by up to another two months).
The right to access personal data - you have the right to access your personal data processed by the Administrator.
Right to correction - you can ask the Administrator to correct inaccurate personal data.
Right to erasure - you can ask the Administrator to erase processed personal data; under the conditions specified in Article 17 of the GDPR.
The right to revoke consent - you can revoke the already granted consent to processing at any time, and thus prevent further processing for the purpose stated in the given consent. However, revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing in the period before its revocation.
The right to object - if the Administrator processes your personal data on the basis of its legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you.
the right to limit processing - in certain cases, you can request that the Administrator limit the processing carried out (e.g. until your objections are resolved).
the right to data portability - you can ask the Administrator to hand over to you or a third party personal data that he processes about you in electronic form on the basis of a contract or your consent.
If you believe that we are processing your personal data incorrectly, or that we are processing it without authorization, please let us know at the email address tanecnistudio@gmail.com. If the user's complaint is justified, the Administrator will immediately remove the objectionable condition.
This does not affect your ability to file a complaint directly with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)
