Introductory Provisions

1. Business conditions for the provision of services in the field of teaching dance under the trademark "Taneční studio Stolárna" by the company Taneční studio Stolárna s.r.o. with registered office at Růženec 48, Brno 64400, ID number: 01784285, VAT number: CZ01784285, registered at the Regional Court in Brno under file number C 79403 (hereinafter referred to as "Stolárna").
    

2. These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between Stolárna and participants of courses, dance lessons and any other events organized by Stolárna (hereinafter referred to as "participants" or "participant").
    

3. Participants' consent to the processing of their personal data is listed separately here -GDPR.

Registering for courses

1. At course announcement means booking a place via the Sportimea online reservation system, available at http://rezervace.studiostolarna.cz. To register for the entire course, you must use the "Add to cart" button.
    

2. Signing up for an individual lesson or an "OPEN CLASS" lesson means booking a place via the Sportimea online reservation system, available at http://rezervace.studiostolarna.cz. To register for an individual lesson or "OPEN CLASS", you must use the button "Reserve a lesson" or "Sign up".
    

3. By checking the option "I agree withconditions Dance Studio Stolárna and processing of personal data." and by clicking the "Log in" button, the participant confirms that he has familiarized himself with these general terms and conditions in full detail and that he agrees with them unreservedly and fully.  Also with the principles of protection and processing of personal data, see GDPR.
    

4. Stolárna reserves the participant's place on the course until the beginning of the first lesson. If the participant does not pay for the course by the start of the first lesson, his reservation will be cancelled.
    

5. Please come to the first lesson of the course 15-20 minutes early to allow enough time to process payments. Enter the reservation in the reservation system according to your actual requirements, so that the receptionist does not have to change it and the check-in of other participants is not delayed. In the event of a need to change the reservation (lesson reservation x course reservation), the participant may be checked in only after the other participants have checked in.
    

6. In the event that the capacity of the course or lesson is fully occupied, no additional participants will be admitted to the lesson.

Attendance and substitution of lessons

1. The participant must report arrival to the course or lesson at the reception. Without a record of attendance in the reservation system, he may not be admitted to the lesson.
    

2. Up to 3 lessons from one course can be replaced by other courses. The condition for using the replacement is to log out of the lesson in the reservation system 4 hours before the start of the lesson and register for the replacement lesson. Detailed terms and instructions for substituting lessons are given in the rules of the reservation system.
    

3. A participant cannot send a substitute to the course.

Payment Terms

1. Payment terms are listed separately in the document Payment Terms and by agreeing to the terms and conditions, the participant also confirms agreement to the payment terms.
    

2. The reservation system registers unpaid lessons, and in the case of unpaid and uncancelled reservations, the participant may not be allowed to enter further lessons.
    

3. Online payments for us are handled by the payment gateway Comgate. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. Further information and contacts at www.comgate.cz.

Taneční studio Stolárna reserves the right to:

1. Cancellation of the course after the 1st lesson in case of insufficient number of participants. In this case, the course fee is returned in the amount of the course price after deducting the first lesson by a proportional amount. The first lesson of the course will always take place.
    

2. Change of lecturer in case of illness or other serious reasons.
    

3. Publish photos and videos of lessons and additional events on promotional materials, the website and social networks.
    

4. Expulsion of the participant from the lesson in case of inappropriate behavior, intoxicated state or influence of other narcotic substances, non-compliance with technical and safety instructions.
